Patients' dental misconceptions
As I travel and interview dozens of strangers monthly, it amazes me how many people in the general public have total misconceptions regarding dental insurance and
dental care in general. Some of these misconceptions include:
* I am self-employed and have no dental insurance; therefore I don't go to the dentist unless I have a problem.
* I can only do what my insurance plan covers. If it is not covered, I must not need it!

Facility
One of our priorities is staying on the leading edge of dental technology, recognizing the incredibly improved care it allows us to offer our patients. In fact, with today's advanced materials, methods and equipment, there's very little we can't do to improve a smile and change a life! That's why we built a newer, more state-of-the-art facility. Not only does it now accommodate the growth of our practice, it improves our efficiency by providing the ideal, quiet and private atmosphere for your needs.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office staff happily facilitates patient communications. Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. In addition, we offer extended payment plans via Care Credit and Citi HealthCard. Ask about the zero interest option.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care.
We strive to be great relationship builders. One of our top priorities is taking the time to get to know you-offering a
listening ear and treating you as a person rather than just another set of teeth to clean and fix.
